Tbf Goku should beat Reinhard as Goku could destroy the world which would destroy Of Laguna and prevent Reinhard from regaining Divine Protection of the Phoenix
Reinhard's reactions are far too slow to process Goku's moves. If Goku is bloodlusted he can destroy the world before Reinhard even makes a thought.
Only unconditional passive Hax can make a world level character beat a universal character and Divine Protection of the Phoenix is conditional.
If it was Giorno Goku was up against then he'd be unable to do anything about GER regardless of speed.
Reinhard might have a shot against GER depending on how the different Hax interact.
I don't really want to get into power scaling because trying to scale a character like Reinhard is really difficult considering you can just make up powers on the spot.

No story is perfect.
But you don't measure the greatness of a story by its lack of faults. You measure it by the vastness and greatness of its strengths.
It’s absolutely my favorite and I could argue for days that it is peak fiction, but unfortunately I don’t think most people would agree. Most Re:zero fans only got into it because they liked funny blue haired maid, half of the series can only be read through fan translations online or through summaries, and even many who catch up manage to miss most of the series lore or nuance. Unfortunately the series will probably never get the respect it deserves outside of us(the vocal minority).
Some people watch it for just Rem, Emilia others for gore. So of course they like it but they don´t think very high of it. RZ has many qualities that are ignored by average viewer.
If Demon Slayer can be generational defining piece of media, with highest sales, winning cultural awards and considered most influential piece of media in history by Times. Or manga like Kagura Bachi topping every chart before even first chapter was released.
Then I don´t understand why you people have problem when someone likes Re:Zero to the same extend.

So if the world building can get on the level of GOT books and will have ending that is as satisfactory as date a lives ending then I will consider it peak fiction. Cuz right now I prefer the master of ragnarok and blesser of einherjar light novel cuz it also has main character that gets a lot of character development and has satisfying ending, although not on the level of date a live light novel.

Yes. It still feel strange. I mean, if one warp using al shamak he should arrive without a gate because hes like teleporting. Which makes me think that maybe if he came form a different dimension then everyone there did have a gate but there is no magic to use it
I think Re:Zero has flaws depending on how you look at it and what you're looking for in a story. But I think for me, it's the perfect story. Right amount of mystery, character building, intrigue, and a fuckton of character development as well always with the right amount of buildup as well.
