Alright this sold me, your before looks EXACTLY like mine. I’ve gone down the list and metrogel is my current but it’s not doing it the way I need it to. I’m going to get on the Soolantra
I stripped right back with my routine.
Am - neutrogena clean and clear face wash or cetaphil gentle face cleanser
Vanicream daily facial moisturiser
Pm - use a cotton pad with miceller water to remove make up then face wash
Soolantra
Moisturiser
After week three I added the ordinary azaleic acid in the aim before moisturiser.
I still get bumps, I got a few more this morning again but overall it’s slowly improving
I've been using Soolantra for about a month now and can't really tell if there has been progress. Just curious to know whether travel has impacted anyone else? I've just gone from cold to very hot and humid weather and then back to cold weather.
I’m two weeks in on soolantra right now and so far, I haven’t had any major issues. In the first week, I did notice a few new whiteheads and bumps, but it was also that time of the month, so it wasn’t unusual.
I had a pretty big abscess (I don’t know if that’s the correct word, English is not my native language) on my left cheek, but I had that before I started soolantra. It’s gone down significantly and my overall redness has gone down too!

Dont forget to use it on eyebrows hairline and ears too to stop mites migration and tto foam for eyelashes
