Ruby hotel is fun for drinks and apps or post meal, haven’t had their meals but they sound good. Hoot and Annie is great for just drinks. Some solid spots on Georgetown, like the golden rule, el Monumento, Tony and Luigi’s. Can’t think of any spots in RR that you didn’t mention already that fit your description.

sarcasmo818

I enjoyed Golden Rule, too! I might’ve been drunk but that place seemed so large and had neat seating.

sun-lei

Seconding Hoot and Annie! Also the Georgetown square has loads but it does get packed on weekends so be prepared for a stroll around the square while you wait.

AlPal512

Don’t forget to grab a beverage while you stroll the square!

Shok3001

Ghama Zone Korean downtown was really tasty with a cool vibe

AlPal512

Been wanting to go there, that spot seems to be cursed. Nothing has survived there in quite some time.

nopalitx

I definitely recommend also! Been there twice and it was soo good both times!

KKaustin

100%!

angnkam

Salt Traders has a really cool vibe and great seafood. My wife and I like to dress in our Nautical style clothes and go there. It's fun!

Shok3001

Also I believe owned by Jack Allen’s people

angnkam

Yes, I heard that too. We haven't tried Jack Allen's yet.

Shok3001

Not bad. I do prefer salt traders

BikerBob17

Agreed, salt traders is better. And confirm the same owners. I was there opening night, Jack Gilmore was lit, good times.

_laurenn_nicoleee

We love seafood! We will check it out!

Longjumping_Voice138

Depends where you've had seafood... We're from New England and thought salt traders was awful

sarcasmo818

Love Salt Traders!

Adora_Mae

Palermo Pasta House, URBAN eat drink, and the new Ramen Tatsuya, are all really good in Round Rock. Also as someone else said, we loved Ghama Zone. We’ve never had Korean food before and the waiter was super helpful and explained each dish and everything was so delicious. Up in downtown Georgetown we really liked Wildfire and Goodfolks.

KKaustin

Love Wildfire! Gonna have to try Goodfolks.

rockchalkjayhawk8082

Thirding Wildfire...so good!

norden_901_rider

Second vote for Urban Eat and Drink, awesome whiskey selection, live music most weekends nights, excellent food.

cjweisman

Urban Eat Drink

AlPal512

Urban rooftop too!

FirmElephant

Georgetown: 2020 Market Scratch Kitchen El Monumento Juliet La Riv City Post Chophouse The Golden Rule Wildfire

Nick-Millers-Bestie

Seconding 2020 Market Scratch Kitchen and adding Blue Corn Harvest (though there are multiple locations besides Georgetown)

clavalle

One just opened here in RR across 79 from Kalahari. And Kenny Fort pub has excellent brunch food on the weekends.

AffectionateFig5435

Blue Corn Harvest just opened up in Round Rock too!

FirmElephant

BCH is a great suggestion. I really enjoy their menu.

ss1325

Oh my La Riv is amazing. Scratch 2020, El Monumento and Golden Rule are all my favorites

6740booth

My go-to is The Grove.

nopalitx

All of these recs are great!! I would add Bar Louie in the hotel by the outlets. They have music bingo and karaoke and lots of fun themed nights

kissmeorkels

Sushi Nini FTW!

_laurenn_nicoleee

Ooo we love sushi! We will have to check that out!

kissmeorkels

I took a very well traveled man there and he raved about it. He said it was by far the best sushi he had ever eaten.

_laurenn_nicoleee

Oooo thanks! I'm excited to try! We haven't found any good sushi and sashimi since our trip to Japan last year!

Academic-Elephant-48

Hutto has a food truck park downtown that does events on Fridays

_laurenn_nicoleee

Omg thank you so much everyone! I will check out these places 🩵🫶🏼

ScarecrowBoat555

Ginos!

BoomhauerTX

Urban rooftop bar is always a hit! Cheaper - The Rock sportsbar

pcguy166

Have you been to City Post in Georgetown? It's a nice steakhouse. Also try Goodfolks.

ProfessionalFox9617

Backporch Social is a new spot downtown we have wanted to try out, looks pretty cool!

teacher_of_twelves

Oz is off 2222 and has a good kitchen. You get to self pour but they cut customers off at a certain ounce point. Hence the name Oz=Ounce.
