I have followed this story since 2020 and can confirm that Paul Kagame has never been seen by the public since March of 2020 apart from staged events with his ministers and foreign visits of a body double, all we have left as proof is pictures but I'm sure the man himself is gone
If that's the real Kagame then it's a disgusting leader who has not addressed his people once in more than 2 years!! By his people I mean regular Rwandans not his ministers and club leaders, anyone familiar with Rwanda politics knows that's not him

Ordinary Rwandans, not his ministers and RPF members, have not seen Paul Kagame in over 2 years. The former Kagame was a driven man who loved to appeal to his people, they would organise these large group meetings and the whole district was invited to greet him.
