At no cost through AliExpress drop point, really similar to an amazon product return). So yes, just proceed with their process and hopefully everything will be ok
Got several refunds from Ali like this, very prompt too. They're also good with broken items.
What I do is send the refund request immediately after confirming the order received, and include pictures with all the packaging, and the object together with the packaging.
In my experience it doesn't even matter that the shop is a reputable one, they'll refund anyway.

Most of the time when if you sort listings by top sales the official store or reseller will be at the top, then see the stores profile. How many followers? Popular brands will usually have over 10k. Is the store over a year old? Also, is the price too good to be true? Prices marked down by half from a new or small seller probably are a scam. Read reviews and check the photos.

This is the FIRST handheld I've seen with a spinner. Spinners are the only way to play arcade games like arkanoid, breakout, etc like original. This one is probably crap tho but it's interesting to see
My man this reminds me of my Tetris console when I was 8-9 old (25 years ago) and it also had Snake on it. Sure looks very similar to the one I had. This was the best I could get from a handheld until I got my hands on a cell phone.

I have only asked for refunds a couple of times when the delivery loses my package. Never had issues.
