Just going by formally designated canon hubs on the Wiki -- Site-17 Deepwell Catalog.
Of the other Wiki branches, if I were to choose one per:
* FR's Division of Copyright
* CN's Broken Clock
* ES's Observing Dead Stars
* RU's Temporal Integrity
The cool war, loved awcy in this cannon and the story. Usually i am no big fan of cannon and just read the overall setting and a few entry but this one I read it all.
I can not remember the exact name but the gamers against weed that started a huge controversy was also cool with jude n all.
I am quite sad the author abandoned cool war 2 after only a few story but he wanted to make a thousand page cannons which was a bit too much.
The one I'm trying to write into existence! lol
jokes aside, I have some overlapping canons. Like, I really enjoy 343 as God. But I also really like Mekhane and Yabadaolth being the creators of humans
This is a bit of a cheap answer but I really like the idea of all of them existing simultaneously and it’s completely inexplicable. There’s an SCP about it that I cannot remember atm but they assign a woman to document all SCPs, she realizes that there’s a bunch that doesn’t make sense (different canons) and then she gets written out of reality basically.
But for a real answer- End of Death lol.
Site 17 deepwell and it's not even close for me. There's no other canon on the wiki that can make me feel that way, it's amazingly dark and gut wrenching but never feels over-the-top and the dystopian foundation it presents really makes you question the idea of normalcy itself.
easily lolfoundation
or that aquafina one
or cool warz 2
(If i were to be serious though, it would probably be deepwell catalog or ad astra per aspera)
I love the En Memoria, Adytum.
I love how it shows sarkics as an actual thinking threat bit also shows the human side of them. I especially love to read about the Klavigars.

According to me first cool war is a storyline, not a canon. The second one is a canon however
1. Broken Masqurade 2. End of Death 3. Resurrection

Would probably have to be Resurrection.
Redtape and paragon are peak scp writing
Anything written under the when day breaks cannon. Scariest condition to live in
I'd say there's too few when day breaks tales and SCPs
I can’t recall the name, but the one that focuses on UIU
Site 43, wish there was more.
It has the most articles what are you on about
Third Law

End of Death
Containment Breac canon. No cosmic horrors, just spooky anomalous entities.
Broken Masquarade, End of Death and Apotheosis canons are my favs.
I don't know, I just got here.

Palisade, it's the only canon one.
Antimemetics Division
I really like resurrection as it further develops the story of many characters
Though they are both short, Bellerverse and whatever dado is doing stuff in.
If Corbenic's interconnected stories count, then definitely Corbenic / Three Moons.
The one that have SCPs
A9 Ressurection
I can't , it worst than choosing between ur children or parents or something u can't decide on .
Ouroboros Cycle hands down
