This MTF is also tasked with the ongoing maintenance and security as well as the proper usage of the on-site nuclear warheads at Foundation's sites. Chi 04 maintains a small presence at all Foundation's sites for this express purpose under the direct order of both the 0-5 council and the ethics committee after multiple suicide raids by the Chaos Insurgency with the sole purpose of detonating the warheads along with multiple rouge elements of Foundation's personnel and/or anomaly triggering the contingency.
