Seriously he has no clue what he is doing and is massively unprofessional. Avoid his practice like the plague

gomelgo13

He’s sooooo bad, unhinged and very odd.

ComprehensiveMoose51

Ya. Something is definitely going on at that place. Went a few times last year, but never again. He was also weirdly hitting on me :/

thrillliquid

Dr Levin was wild! I have a wordy review on yelp about his incompetent staff and high on stimulants vibe. I ended up going to a ENT in Tijuana. And I would highly recommend him.

xiphos805

He's just flamboyant and sassy which I got a kick out of. His staff isn't very great though and they never answer the phones or emails.

cchele

Agree. He f’d up my husband’s second surfers ear surgery so badly, he ended up at Stanford for a redo. And never took responsibility for it. It’s still messed up.

Whatever you do, avoid Linda Molin on Aerovista. GF had a HORRIBLE experience with her and with REM Diagnostics, to whom she referred GF.

Soft-Specific1129

Lisa Molin! This is who I saw! Horrible. She completely disregarded what I said and diagnosed me incorrectly.

Unfortunately, SLO is a small isolated place without the best doctors/access to the best doctors. GF had a similar bad experience with Molin and her referral, REM Diagnostics for a sleep study. The latter almost prompted GF to file a complaint with the Cali Medical Board! But she graduated and moved out of SLO. These 2 are still here because they have a monopoly and no competition. Seek a referral in San Jose or even Santa Barbara/Ventura would be my advice. EDIT: I just read you have insurance from work. You may be limited then by your insurance as to where you seek care, unfortunately.

defthaiku

SLO is currently experiencing a major shortage in ENTs (2 retired in the past year…). Dr Bhavishya Clark is excellent but is likely similarly booked out. Also check out Dr Lisa Molin to see if she could get you in. In the 5 Cities, I like Dr Ray Llaurado too.

69shotsoftequila

I also recommend Dr. Clark. Ask to be placed on their cancellation list

Unfair_Tonight_9797

2nd dr Clark.. she actually cared about my vertigo issue and got it solved and referred me out to a study at ucla

Avoid Dr. Molin and her referral, REM Diagnostics! GF had horrible experience and almost filed a complaint against them with the California Medical Board.

Kilometersofa

I liked Ian Murton in Atascadero

69shotsoftequila

Dr. Murton is not taking new patients is what our referral coordinator just informed me. Try Dr. Clark and ask to be out on cancellation list

Soft-Specific1129

Had a horrible experience with an ENT who works off Higuera. She told me my ear issues were eczema… I’ve never had skin issues but took the medicine anyways and it didn’t help at all. I’ve been suffering from chronic ear infections for the last year with no relief 🥴

goodoldNe

Check out VandeGriend in Santa Maria. He and his partner Dr. Wikholm are very good and get people in fairly quickly. Everyone is busy so you’ll probably need to wait a bit but they have a good office and generally good availability.
