She can be *great* when written well. She really doesn't deserve *all* the hate she gets. *Some* of it, sure, but she doesn't deserve to be *killed off* or anything.
I was gonna say something snarky, but she gets hate here for some reason. SMG4 is a collection of comic relief characters breaking the 4th wall and being hilarious. Meggy is a character that can "turn the wheels" of the plot, so to speak. She tends to be a problem solver and helps balance the cast. I personally appreciate the addition, though Mario the Mad remains my top favorite.
She’s determined, sympathetic, strong, energetic, selfish, short-fused and non-negotiable. In other words she’s a well rounded character with strengths and flaws, but people tend to bash any female character with flaws for some reason.
-Her 2023 human model is kinda cute.
-She has some funny moments.
-I love her friendship with Mario when its wholesome(And I also love how it never becomes a romance).
She’s a strong independent female that won’t take shit from most people…
…and also got half of the people in this subreddit wanting to shove her into a wood chipper.

She can be.... foul tempered.... to be honest, she's a woman in need of LOTS of fixing via so many therapy bills that require the combined credit cards of SMG4 and 3 to pay.

Meggy is still the best SMG4 character, she's got strong design, strong appeal, strong personality and strong presence, she only requires good plots and decent writing.
