Just so you know, holding it by the hand doesn't affect you, but putting it in your backpack slot does.

fun fact: syndicate dufflebag doesn't have slowdown. if someone's doing xenobio, you can use a stabilized red extract to negate the slowdown on any dufflebag while it's active.
