yes you should definitely study before the sat. get familiar with the style of questions and now all your grammar rules and math principles. You should also get good sleep but this is still a very big exam and you need to be ready for it.

KenshiStar

I already do this. I mean exactly one day before SAT

OperaGhost78

If you think you haven’t prepared sufficiently, don’t waste that precious time and study. Otherwise, just take the day off and enjoy yourself.

Intelligent_Crab_338

better to take rest and go for a walk and sleep for so much time and just revise for 5hrs and dont touch mobile or anything dont study anything new just take it easy and be confident you can do it

mambotomato

Eat good meals, sleep a lot, go for a walk in nature.

I'd recommend not doing any studying the day before. You'll just stress yourself out. Take it easy, and make sure you get to sleep early.

BeefyBoiCougar

I would disagree with the other commenters. Study maybe for one hour tops, only what you need to study the most. Once it starts getting dark, assume every 10 mins you’re not sleeping is a potential 10 minutes off your score. In other words, don’t overload yourself the day before when stamina matters more than anything (don’t exhaust yourself), and prioritize sleep.

MediocreData7308

I would say that get up as usual, and have food and scroll, after that in the evening, try to study things that you crammed and had an overview about, then just leave it and keep your mind relaxed. Also, sleep on time to give yourself sound sleep.

Revise any formula sheet/cheat sheet you have. Go through your mistake journal if you have one. Get comfortable with the BlueBook (Desmos, marking for review). Don't try to learn new concepts. Just keep it simple. If you have done the hard work you should feel confident. Pack your stuff and go to bed early.
