Unfortunately this has become a really common problem on Google: disreputable or even nonexistent businesses gaming SEO to push themselves to the top of the search results to drive customers away from legit competitors.

reneefk

Absolutely. My mom usually asks me for help, and I will research places before she orders (especially after she was ripped off a few times on Facebook) I had to tell her daily to stop shopping off Facebook until it finally got through to her. I was surprised she would just order from the first place to pop up, but she saw the 5 stars and legit thought it was a flower place in that city. At least this time she got 50% back, so the price is closer to what these flowers should have cost. Luckily the flowers arrived on time and arrived at all according to most the reviews. Even if they were cheap/gaudy.

Long8D

Just saw the flowers they sent you. Complete scam, they didn't even look like the ones advertised on their site.

reneefk

Yes:) I can see not having the exact same flowers..and if it's not in bloom, choosing something similar..they never really look like the pictures. But this wasn't even close.

ValkyrieSword

I learned the hard way that national websites that outsource to local companies give you terrible quality (too bad I can’t post a picture in this comment of what I ordered versus what I got). I’m glad your mom got some of her money back. I did the same. Definitely better to find a local florist and order directly from them, but Google is making it increasingly difficult.

reneefk

I got some really good tips when I posted on Nextdoor ..I have blasted this company everywhere :P They said to call the funeral home or church where the service is being held, they will usually have names of good places that are actually in the city where the funeral is being held.

DisappointingPoem

I had the same thing happen to me! They tried to switch a sympathy bouquet for “24 colorful roses.”Luckily I was able to cancel before these assholes took my money.

reneefk

Good, glad you were able to cancel in time.

ChungaTheGoatBoy

They totally suck ass. I’m in a dispute with them over flowers. I sent my girlfriend on her birthday. They arrived at 10 PM. Nice. Can’t talk to anyone at this stupid company except semi literate wage slaves in a Philippine call center. I need to go on the secretary of states website for Delaware and find out who owns this scam shop.

reneefk

Well, when we filed with the bbb, they sent the complaint to : Myryam Arvayo. Hope that helps!

ImpossibleBobcat3347

I ordered from Ava, the delivery showed up two days late and the flowers were dry , the fruit (chocolate covered strawberries) was very near rotten and the balloons did not show up! I had to call for a credit.

reneefk

Ridiculous..I wonder how they stay in business!

BatterEarl

A complete and total scam would be they take your money and send you nothing. You should have looked at the reviews before you ordered.

reneefk

According to a lot of the reviews there are a lot of times they send nothing. They also have sent completely dead flowers. Yes, we were one of the lucky ones to get something, but getting daisies when you expect roses is a total scam to me. My mother ordered, not me. I had no chance to check reviews for her. I doubt you read my post, since I said above that my mom was the one who ordered.
