Oh man. I use an African herb and spice blend for my red snappers. Found a video on YouTube and it was so dang good I haven’t seasoned them differently since.
Next time oil up that fishy and sprinkle the seasoning on heavy with some herbs mixed in there. Oh and before you season give the "filet" parts a couple of slices vertically from top to bottom. Spritz with fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice and GOLLY BROTHER you'll have a dank meal
It’s hard for me to eat a fish that looks just like the fish. I don’t like picking bones. The fish is good but I’m more of a filet kind of guy. This and branzino are not my faves but I’m sure it tastes great
