Mono-quantum team can’t be top scorer off season, but the thingy is that team is 100% clearing any season anyway. The flexibility of taking mono quantum anywhere.
Seele can even clear PF, but you need to swap her team and work hard there, rather than spam AoE skills.
MoC? AS? DU? Comfortable win. No variation, no RNG, repeatable results.
PF? Requires more work.
Yeah as you say. There is a nice benefit to having a team that can work in most places without having to worry. With relic rng being the way it is. Having a team that can be good in many game modes. Saves alot of time, in terms of gearing teams up for all these different game modes.
Which given two of the members of Mono Quantum are Sparkle and Fu Xuan. Sparkle will work well with anyone who can benefit from crit damage. Fu Xuan is the tank that keeps everyone alive. Both of them, being great supports for a large number of characters. Hard to go wrong with these two and if one favors them, they do offer some nice bonuses, if someone picks up a extra copy or two. Like say, 30 crit damage for Fu Xuan. Even if one gets bored of Seele, they will most likely still make use of Sparkle and Fu Xuan long into the future.
Which given Sparkle counts as one of the members needed to get her attack boost for having Quantum team mates. can go Seele, Sparkle, Fu xuan to get the full attack bonus from Sparkle. Letting the final slot be whatever you want, go full Mono quantum with Silver Wolf or just another support like Robin. For yeah Sparkle release, gave a nice boost to Mono quantum. For now you can have an action advance support like Bronya but Quantum flavor.
yeah, support is the best long term investment.
my collection has e0s1 Seele (Seele was s0 until her rerun), while I saved jades for Sparkle e2s1, FX e1s1 and SW e1, the eidolons/LC that give them high value to any team.
on that yearly report my most used character was Fu Xuan lol, Seele and JL were likely tied for 2nd place.
Sparkle e2s1 boosts team damage by 35-50%, and it is not locked on one attacker. That kind of thingy is worth for years :XD, SW e1 makes her spam her ultimate like crazy (1 or 2 turns rotation) and FX e1s1 is a nice buff with a "forget HP exists" LC.
Seele + Silver Wolf is just clunky. I have a far far better time with Silver Wolf+ Dr. Ratio. It just flows so much better and far more synergistic than she is with Seele.
Seele would appreciate DEF shred and res reduction but that effect needs to be attached to her.
You want to buff her right now? Pull Harmony eidolons.
Sparkle E2, Robin E1, Ruan Mei E1 are incredible for your account regardless of using Seele or not and really fix issues with her. Aura buffs that don't count down with her turns are what she loves the most.
The upcoming Jiaoqiu's aura could have been good for example but his kit is problematic right now, has sp issues, let's see how it ends. DMG multiplication is very powerful for Seele, it is a multiplier we don't have in quantum characters unless you have Aether code and even with that the up time is bad. You see all those times the enemy lives by a tiny amount? say like 10-20% hp left? That could fix it.
In short aura buffs are what we like. Robin, Ruan Mei etc.
This type of buff is very powerful for her because she is the fastest dps in the game still and her kit allows her to use them really well. Seele is a threshold dps. You pass a dps threshold, she deletes everything, you don't she flops harder than Yanqing.
There is potential for Pela in combination with Jiaoqiu's lightcone to enable a really powerful support for Seele and really everyone else if it remains like this. TBC let's see how it works.

My Seele E0S1 Seele can do as good as my E2 FF ( at least for now ) since she has access to Robin E2 , Sparkle E2 , RM E1 and I do have a SW E6 ( thought nowadays Seele just do better by going multiple harmonies )
You either have like REALLY REALLY god tier relics on all your characters which probably isn't achievable for 99% of the people or you get some Eidolons and call it a day.
I have been 0 Cycling every Moc , clear 40K every PF with her , I just love her too much , she's the most fun character in the game for me ...
We'll see in the future how it holds out , but I wouldn't say she needs a Buff... If anything Hoyo knows how cracked she is , and make her miserable as much as possible nowadays , otherwise people will never summon new toys LMAO ... She's just that good
With HH probably rerunning next patch, it's likely that Sparkle is just over the horizon since the only other 1.x character without a rerun is Ratio and I fully expect hyv to not run him for a while longer.
Bro I literally 0 cycled w a mid seele 86 crit rate 150 crit dmg tingyun sparkle and ruan Mei, the reason why seele is mid for ppl is cause they play mono quantum
I mean yeah... People have a serious skill issue when it comes to HSR , but most likely it's just stat checking from Hoyo...
If you can get Seele to kill stuff , she giga clears everything , she's the single best bruteforce unit in the game
Harmony eidolons are generally more valuable than DPS eidolons imo, especially with Seele whose eidolons are just not good at all (except e2 and e4, and even those aren't great).

Me neither, apparently Seele has become the hardest character to use in the game despite starting as an unga bunga character. Also well, having sILVER WOLF going faster than your sparkle makes your clear faster by one Cycle or two, so use speed wolf at 167 speed

I think she's in a fine spot. I like using her with sw/ Robin, sparkle, and fuxuan.
TBH - Shes was released 14 Months ago and still can be one of the strongest units in the game. She's doing fine.
