Wednesday will be my third week, so far I have I lost 7 pounds. I could lost more weight but this medication has me so exhausted that I stopped going to the gym.
i am sorry sorry you are experiencing that! i haven’t had any negative side effects thus far, but am a little nervous that i may when i up my dose in two weeks! Congratulations on your 7 pounds!☺️
Thank you. The fatigue has worsen with the updose, only going to the gym one time per week, but I know itis because I have to eat more protein, protein shakes, gives me nauseas. The good thing is I have lost a total of 15 lbs. sw-186 cw-171
i was not dieting prior, and was on a hiatus from pilates for about two weeks before starting and then started up again last week, so last week was my first week of weight loss!(: Sending you good vibes and good results!!!☺️
I bought 2mg of sema n I bought the bacteriistatic water to start at .25 injection now from what I have seen on the calculators I do 2 100mL of the bacteriistatic water in the sema, but on here I have read only 1 100ML so I'm so confused can anyone help

Yayy it’s my third week now and I weigh in on Thursday. So far I’m down 5 pounds. You’ve got me excited to see how much I’ve lost this week too!
