With slimmer dolls it seems to be less of an issue? My first doll was a JY doll that had f cups but a slim waist and thighs and it never had any stretching issues on the Vagina. But my current doll is near identical to OP's doll, just a different head, and although it isn't as bad as seen in these pics, it does that weird stretching thing.
So either the JY doll I got was unique, or this is just a thing with thicker dolls.
