Haha yep. I had a horrible day, worked 12 hours then some personal drama so decided to make myself and my friend laugh, and the pic was soooooo horrible looking I just had to post it here!! They were delicious tho. I didn’t eat them w the Mayo tho, that was just for the grande finale pic!!

cooked w cherry tomatoes, nooch, garlic and a little truffle salt. The vegan Mayo was just for final presentation purposes. :) :) :)

Yeah, it was awesome to have free dinner every night this week. Plus I brought a few to this chick that works at a store nearby who was so excited I found some oyster mushrooms….I waited to cook and eat a batch and not be dead before bringing her some, just in case :)
