M.B. Hasket is always our favorite
Bread and Circus is our favorite lunch when we are in Sioux Falls.
NGL, I can't think of any restaurants downtown that I frequent and is closed on Sunday. Mondays on the other hand ... I like Bread and Circus, limited menu but I haven't tried anything I didn't like yet.
I second the Blarney Stone recommendation, especially if you like Irish food. Josiah's is good too
Others not already mentioned… MB Hasketts, CRAVE, La Luna Café, Papa Woody’s. Can’t go wrong with Hasketts.
Papa Woody's has a great Sunday brunch, can't recommend it enough.
Phillips Avenue Diner is open until 2 on Sundays.
Monk's opens at noon.
