I’ll be honest, I’m a lifelong Kanye music fan and it was awesome having him live here. I know he didn’t sell the ranch but I wish he spent more time here.

Interesting. You do have a gorgeous backyard! My grandparents lived up there in the mid - late 70s early 80s. I loved it there but felt kinda sad hearing Ye (assuming the Kardashians would follow) discovered it. Was hoping celebrities wouldn’t exploit it like Aspen, Steamboat Springs & Jackson Hole. I know it’s inevitable but sometimes you don’t want the real estate & gas + grocery prices to get out of my working family’s reach.

Right now it’s not celebs but these people from CA and other states with millions coming into town and offering cash to buy up places at above asking, plus they want to avoid income tax. They bring nothing to the community but they’re really making things unaffordable.

It’s so sad, I’ve seen it happening in many states and locals struggle to survive. Sometimes can no longer afford to live there. Best wishes to you, it’s why I’m having to relocate late in life. The economy gets blown to smithereens because of the wealthy people from the usual states.. 🫤
