I wouldn’t be surprised if he did everything for the character, or at least VERY closely supervised the animators/storyboarders. There’s a lot of subtle animation tics to the character that would possibly not have been added otherwise

I went to a secondhand tech store today and for the first time ever they had no copies of Burnout Revenge, but copies of the other Burnout games were front and centre in the ps2 section, and I'm choosing to believe that this is why, because it's really funny.

that really sounds a good time, I personally like to just hang out with my bros and chill with video games and some weed and snacks instead of hanging out with a big group of people, I sort of shut down for some reason and don't have a good time, so mr landlord was very relatable in that regard
The Landlord is one of my favourite characters in the show as a whole, I love how he set up an entire Rube Goldberg action thriller adventure just so one of his tenants would be forced to hang out with him
I was so sad when DJ spit "died," and so filled with joy upon realizing Mr Landlord had simply paid him to fake his own gruesome death in an elaborate ploy to get Allan to smoke weed and fill his belly with DIET soda and play Burnout Revenge for the PS2.
I know a lot of people place the president episode at the bottom of the list, and I’ve heard others complain about how it was “gross” or “unwatchable”, but I think President Jimble was an excellent character. It pushed Pim to his limits and overall Jimble was just a funny ass character to have in the roster. Also, the Blingo scene was hilariously iconic

Plot twist: in this spin-off we learn Tyler is related to Pilford, and Tyler goes on an epic quest to save Pilford.
It's like Dante's inferno (the game) only EA isn't involved and Tyler has a mic stand instead of a scythe (He still killed Death to get it).
He even gets a little sidekick that looks like an imp version of Jack Black. VOICED BY Jack Black.
This game actually does get made, the fans want a sequel, but the game CEO doesn't make it because "F*** you! Want a chicken nuggit?"

that really sounds a good time, I personally like to just hang out with my bros and chill with video games and some weed and snacks instead of hanging out with a big group of people, I sort of shut down for some reason and don't have a good time, so mr landlord was very relatable in that regard
The Landlord is one of my favourite characters in the show as a whole, I love how he set up an entire Rube Goldberg action thriller adventure just so one of his tenants would be forced to hang out with him
I was so sad when DJ spit "died," and so filled with joy upon realizing Mr Landlord had simply paid him to fake his own gruesome death in an elaborate ploy to get Allan to smoke weed and fill his belly with DIET soda and play Burnout Revenge for the PS2.
And then he fucking kills himself. The silence when Alan walks over his body kills me.
I like the detail where he steps one foot in the blood puddle and makes 1 singular footprint.

Gwimbly is the best TV character of all time, which is why I'll be cosplaying him.
I know a lot of people place the president episode at the bottom of the list, and I’ve heard others complain about how it was “gross” or “unwatchable”, but I think President Jimble was an excellent character. It pushed Pim to his limits and overall Jimble was just a funny ass character to have in the roster. Also, the Blingo scene was hilariously iconic
