Depends on your meds, but from what i understand its not about them working improperly, its about grapefruit inhibiting breakdown of the drug and making it stay in your system longer.
Even then, it has to been real white grapefruit juice to have any meaningful effect. Not a doctor, just thought i could give you some more insight.
I don't want to ask you to reveal any specific information but I think I know what sort of medications you may be referring to with regard to grapefruit possibly affecting them. I know it generally relates to how grapefruit can mess with certain enzymes. But as far as I know, the issues come more from drinking large amounts of straight grapefruit juice. I think the Jarritos grapefruit is only made with like 1% actual fruit juice so it's unlikely that it has enough to harm you. Regardless, nothing wrong with being cautious.

Jarritos is freaking awesome. I personally like Tamarind, Lime and Mango, but not to say Mandarin Orange, Pineapple and Guava are also really good.
These always remind me of a small family run Mexican joint I used to frequent for lunch when ever I had a half-day when I was in High School. They make the best chorizo tortas, tamales and pozole.
The tamarind is consistently one of my favorite sodas ever. I also really liked the Mexican cola but I haven’t had it since it was called MXCN COLA so I don’t know if the flavor changed.
Mandarina is top tier and the poster chile of jarritos. Tamarindo, and pina are good runner ups for best flavors. Mexican Cola is okay and I don’t think I’ve tried the other ones.
Barrilitos were better but are impossible to find now. However my favorite flavor was fruit punch and I found out the pineapple flavor of Crush is identical to it.
I like all the ones in the image, so I'll say which flavor I don't like to have something more interesting to say. I thought Jamaica kinda tasted like dirt. Wouldn't want that one again.
Interestingly mandarin lists only natural flavor on its bottle. I can't drink sugar sodas any more but the kids prefer mandarin to any other orange soda easily available in the US.

They aren’t like Sanpellegrino sparkling juice drinks or anything, but yes, Jarritos flavoring is made with real juice.
