Zild is one of the OPM artists that I often listen too.
I find his music to be good and not really aligned with the mainstream that usually focus on love and heartbreak songs.
He makes music that focuses on feels and mental health which I really like.
Also, as a fan of post-punk music, I also love how he incorporate it in his music (Medisina) which kinda refreshing to hear in the modern era of OPM.

Last 2023, I saw his live performance and I can say na isa siya sa mga artist na sobrang solid perform. Naging part talaga sya ng core memory ko. He is such a good songwriter and performer, proud akong maging isa sa mga paniki ni Zild. ๐ฆ
IVOS is the reason why bumalik ang love ko for OPM. My heart broke when Unique left and nag hiatus sila.
But on the brighter side, they were able to produce their own songs based on their own individuality. More songs to offer and very original.
Yung song talaga ni Zild na Hele, sobrang naiyak ako first kong napakinggan. Nako-corporate ko kasi sya sa one of the most heartbreaking scenes ng Bojack Horseman (scene with Bojack and the last days of Sarah Lynn).
Music, so-so.. 6/10
Personality wise? 2/10
Do i know him personally? Yes.
Her ex-gf songs are better (and she sings better too).

I love listening to Zild! Been a fan since 2018. He's a great artist and deserves all the recognition he's getting.
As for his albums, it's amazing that he doesn't stick to just one sound or genre โ pero it's like he got a signature na 'pag napakinggan mo 'yung songs ni Zild, alam mo pa ring sa kanya galing. I don't know how he does it.
Homework Machine is fun and experimental (Bakit and Hawla are underrated gems), Huminga has the best lyricism (especially Hele and Wala Nang Kumakatok), and Medisina has the most bangers.
Zild is an amazing artist. Ang ganda ng utak and ideas nya when it comes to his songs and his process. I remember watching Rico Blanco's interview with Zild, and he explained his recording process during his Homework Machine era. Ang galing nya talaga.
