Yes. That is the 9th codex. Right now we only have the Space Marines 10th codex and will someday get an SW supplement as well. Right now all the SW stuff is in the index.

Courtesity0

Sorry I guess it's a bit overwhelming coming from Admech that has such a small range. Having 2 books is a lot.

Ranetheking

That’s fair. But yes, right now SW only has the one.

Courtesity0

So I totally wasted $17 on this supplement? Lol

Ranetheking

lol basically. If you bought it at a store maybe they’ll give you your money back. If not, then I hope you just got the employee that doesn’t know anything about 40K. Otherwise the store was just trying to get rid of it.

Courtesity0

Nope, Amazon :)))

raharth

If Amazon send it back - or you like the artwork and stories in which case keep it! 😄

Ranetheking

lol still might be able to refund. But as others have mentioned, it’s now a lore and art book basically lol

ravnica_watchwolf

If you dont want it i can pay you that price and get it from you xD Wound be cool to have the 9th one for collecting xD

NovSierra117

It depends on how much you value the artwork and lore. For gameplay, it’s outdated.

metaldj88

You wasted it for rules wise, but if you are trying to build up a new space wolf army, it still has plenty of lore and painted minis to draw inspiration from.

metrick00

I'm pretty sure SW has the most valid fieldable index cards in the game, between their own range, marines, agents, and knights. I think by sheer size they're in the top 10 armies from our index cards alone?

Download the Warhammer 40k app. It lets you make the roster for one army for free and the Space Wolves content isn't blocked.
