Very late comment here because I just found this post but I do like most of your changes. Especially Harry being Venom here instead of Eddie since it makes for an interesting parallel between Peter and Harry. Peter getting his powers because of Norman’s experiments on spiders and Harry having the Symbiote, which was creating by Richard Parker and it even had Richard’s DNA.
My only nitpick is that I think Harry’s arc as Venom should come first and then Gwen as Carnage. It’s just really weird to have Carnage first and then Venom.
