For a million quid house I put this to a person who wanted the thing for style over practicality.
Other houses would make it a sex people place.
For that value of house, surely they would consider the damp.
I can't imagine any self respecting sex worker or swinger wanting a floor that requires full ventilation and hours to dry out.
Everything in that room is too small. The curtains are too small. The radiator is too small. The bath is too small. The throw on the bed is too small. The duvet is too small.
I mean, I've stayed in hotels with it. Hotel Du Vin would do rooms with bath and shower in the room, and then the loo in its own room under the stairs as people can be a too close. But not carpeted, thats fucking mental!
When we were newly married (and in significantly better shape) we stayed in a fancy hotel with a copper bath in the bedroom, bed and bath both looking out of a huge window onto remote countryside. It actually felt pretty baller, a bit sexy, and sort of lovingly intimate.
We've been married a long time now. Me washing out my sweaty arse crack probably wouldn't have the same impact.
No, it's in the en-suite bathroom, which from the floorplan looks more than big enough to fit the bath and shower in too. No pictures of it so not sure why they didn't...
5 bedrooms but you’re only allowed to see TWO. And this is one of the ones they chose… bet the owners think it so “unique” and “stylish” and are proud of their incredibly innovative design…
Is there a toilet? Bc nothing beats drifing off to sleep after someone's just used the loo.
And you can't beat a bit of carpet around the shower. That definitely won't stay damp and cause a mould problem.
I don’t get it.
Surely the number 1 reason for an en suite is the extra toilet in the household which comes in handy if you have several people living in the same home. This misses out the toilet completely.
secondly the carpet and the general dampness that must linger after the bath or shower has been used.
Ah nice, an in-suite.
Glad this is catching on
Everything is open plan these days…
Who the hell would put a bath, on carpet in the fricking bedroom??? What is wrong with these people???
Erm a sex worker
Really? I thought they had a bit more taste.
Nah their taste tends to get ruined by years of excessive sodium consumption.
Lots of "protein shakes"
Lynn, these are sex people!
Don’t make the same noise as them! They’ll think you want to join in!

Exactly!
Why on earth would you want that.
Lynn, these are sex people.
They're sex swappers!
No thank you. I don't want to be part of your sex festival.
You wouldn’t want one of Alan’s ‘deep bath’ sessions in that, just in case water spills on the carpet
Haha
Convenience and to prevent guests mixing - it's a former house of 'entertainment'.
It's standard with a lexus and a poggenpohl kitchen
Is this not just a perfect recipe for a mouldy carpet? I don't get it
Likely for aesthetic over use. Or an owner that intensively cleans after use

It made the customers feel at home.
Honestly wouldn't be so bad if there were a few tiles around the tub and shower to catch up the backsplash
Think of the humidity
"Honey, I can see you masturbating in the shower"
This made me laugh out loud 🤣🤣
Conveniently located in Nutfield.
Nuts design
At least there isn't a toliet there...
Or maybe a bed in a bathroom 🤔
What if you got a massive bath, filled it just partway and put a lilo in it to sleep on?
It’s like a water bed but with added danger
Talk about a *steamy* evening, heh!
And you go through the wardrobe to get to the loo?
It’s not ok :(
Did they only show 2 of the bedrooms or did I fall asleep? This one and a grey bedspread one.
I really want to step out of a shower onto carpet, lovely nice water retaining carpet. Im a fan of mold and lingering smells.

Jeeeez, money can’t buy taste…
In-laws have something similar but at least they built a partition wall to somewhat split it up. They’re also quite for of carpet in the bathroom.
The weird thing is the carpet. I’ve seen this before but the area is tiled off.
I mean, I've stayed in hotels with it. Hotel Du Vin would do rooms with bath and shower in the room, and then the loo in its own room under the stairs as people can be a too close. But not carpeted, thats fucking mental!
I’d prefer a bath in the bedroom to a kitchen in my living room, but not like this. Carpet does not belong anywhere near a bath.

Makes going for a piss in the middle of the night super easy
This room is way too small to try this out, I've seen this kind of thing in mansions and stuff but the bedroom is like 3 times the size of this
I have a bathtub in my apartment bedroom but its sectioned off with tiled flooring, and I don’t have a shower, tiled walls or the sink
It’s trendy. Putting a fancy bath in the bedroom is apparently popular. At least there isn’t a toilet in this one
it's more common than you'd think. We actually viewed one with a bath in the bedroom ...
Everyone of those bedrooms has an en suite. Weird.
I think it might have been a B&B
Looks nice but not at the time I wake up I'd wake the partner and that's unfair
I wonder where the khazi is? Hopefully by the top of the bed

This is pretty common in hotels tbf. Truthfully, I wouldn't bat a eye.
See it all the time
When you can't afford more walls on sims
Yeah this was a thing for like 30 seconds and no everyone is shifting where they sleep.
I think the bath is great, shower etc not so much
Moist
In the words of Brenda from Bristol “Not anotherrr one!”

Holy asthma attack batman!
I could handle that.. as long as the loo is in a separate room 😁
Where’s the dumper?

I actually see a lot of these nowadays Not the shower though , that’s a bit different
