Check out Vedder. I just got a pro and that’s the first one I went to because I used it for my old sig. it has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Great quality. They’re currently stating a 15 day lead time but you can get it on Amazon within a few days. But you only get black and no option for a claw. I ordered the claw directly on their website which ships right away. Edit: just noticed you carry strongside. Forego the claw.

JRokafela

I use the Tulster Oath, I carry strongside and absolutely LOVE the claw (they call it a Mod-Wing).

PISTOLPEETE80

I have a Vedder for my HCP. I love it, barely know I have it on..

Wooden_Stage2327

Which model did you go with?

PISTOLPEETE80

I have a couple. The iwb is a light tuck.

hotel-charlie

Give Tulster a look. Nice holster but the steel clip is a winner.

JRokafela

Can confirm, I use the Tulster Oath, that clip is awesome. I carry strongside, it conceals well with the wing, and it's tuckable...

906Dude

I like Vedder LightTuck and the various Tulster models.

JDL-DAIRY

I went the exact same route you did 43x to a HCP you won’t regret it. I put a Cyelee Cat Pro optic on mine. Direct mount no adapter I would highly recommend it. I have an Upper Hand outside the waist band holster for mine.

Thick-Driver7448

I’m going to get bashed for this… I carry my hcp in a we the people’s holster. People say they’re shit but I don’t have any complaints with mine. It holds it in place and it’s not too uncomfortable strongside (I’m also on the heavier side). YES, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. If you think they’re shit holsters, cool. Buy me the $100+ holster you use and maybe I’ll consider your opinion.

BrianStormBooks

Don't feel bad, I use a bellyband holster. I'm sure I'll get bashed for it, but I dont care. It works.

Thick-Driver7448

How do you like it? I feel like the gun would sit up to high

BrianStormBooks

I like it. I can adjust it so it sits anywhere really .... i can strap is higher up, above my belly, or lower, at my waistline. Its velcro, and it stretches.

SquidInk_13

I’m right there with you. I have used quite a few holsters and so far the WTP holster is the most comfortable and the best concealed. I do however have a Vedder on order as I have always wanted to try them out.

Wooden_Stage2327

Which one did you go with?

SquidInk_13

Vedder? The light tuck. I have heard good things about them. WTP I bought on an impulse buy, and it fit great with Hellcat. I thought it was a fluke so I bought another for my CC Walther. They are to this day, the most comfortable holsters I have owned. I think people just hate on them because they do their marketing on Instagram.

Kase_ODilla

It's not that WTP is a bad product, it's that theyre a bad value. You're already close enough to the $100 mark that you may as well get a significantly better holster for a little bit more money. It was one thing when they were $35-40, but their price hikes were too crazy too fast for what they offer

Hockyent

Check out urban carry ,they make a good product 👍🏻

EMTFarva

I use Crossbreed Reckoning strong side just at my hip. I am a larger framed person, and I found this is one of the most comfortable positions for me. I used Alien Gear for my other firearms, but I found the Reckoning more comfortable and secure.

armymedic0368

I have a EPS and TRL7A on my HCP. I a “tier 1 concealed” holster. Great fit. Good retention. Easy draw. Comfortable.

heksproof

Love Eclipse Holsters

MegatronToilet

Just ordered the crossbreed reckoning, not sure if they’re still running the sale but it was up a few days ago.

zawShwa

I use a tulster profile+ and I quite like it

knightowl2099

I just got a holster from four brothers. It fits my hellcat pro with TLR7A and comp. Has space for an optic too.

ApprehensiveFront774

can i ask what made you trade your 43x in? mine kept having return to battery problems and choked up alot feeding hollow points… also for holsters i use the desantis slim tuk at your local academy, i use it mainly because i can tuck my work shirt in while using it, great price too and ive owned multiple for different firearms

Wooden_Stage2327

I had no issue with the OEM magazines on the 43x. It feed everything Winchester white box any time of hollows. I essentially wanted a 15 round magazine capacity gun with the same footprint. I had bought the PSA magazines to try them and I put them through there paces and every time I would go to shoot I’d have at least one failure to feed.

ApprehensiveFront774

yeah same.. i had a 43x in the past that ran flawlessly but sold it due to unreliable aftermarket mag options, the hellcat pro makes such more sense as its literally almost the same size as the 43x but can hold 17 rounds native
