For Big Bill, he might be one of the injured people that caused TK to scrap "Meat Madness". And for Starks, his contract is supposedly up some time in 2024. If its near its end already, he might not be on TV until a new deal is signed or they're keeping him off TV if they know he's going elsewhere

Here is the "problem" with that... Rosa has appeared (but not wrestled) for CMLL recently, and stated she is putting together an all-women's show for Arena Mexico. Now, CMLL does have an all-women's show next Friday, but Rosa is nowhere on the card, so take Rosa's statement for what it is worth. But if she were to start working regularly for CMLL, I doubt AEW would put her with Rush. Unless Rush is headed back to CMLL... Which *he* (and only he) has teased on social media.
My assumption with Rosa is she was maybe supposed to be Julia's next feud as a follow up to the Abadon feud (Rosa teamed briefly with Abadon to help them against Julia and Skye). However, Julia received an arm injury in her BOTB match against Anna Jay, so they had to put that on ice.
The way they have done Julia's reign has been a bit confusing injury notwithstanding.
They should've had her face Abadon during Halloween, Skye should've turned during the feud with Willow/Stat. Now that feud is getting dragged out due to injury.

I get no booker is perfect, and I generally enjoy AEW, but this is definitely a booking weakness TK needs to work on, and/or he needs more help with. Because often his answer to "pivoting" largely just seems to be putting things on pause, and just spinning his wheels until he can resume with his original plan regardless.
Like, yeah, it's definitely good to have a general plan/framework ahead of time, but at the same time, pivoting is also an important skill set with booking. Not just because of injuries, but in case someone/something unexpectedly gets hot as well.
Julia was not TBS champion yet at Halloween, it was still Statlander at that point. Julia didn't get the title until Full Gear, so they were in the middle of building up to the triple threat between Stat, Julia, and Skye.
I don't really think there's anything necessarily wrong with this pivot. It gets Julia on the PPV and I think they've used it well as an opportunity to cause dissension between Stat, Willow, and Stokely
Abadon and Halloween definitely go together, which is why they brought them out for the Halloween match with Shida this time (which, in hindsight, was a lot of fun). Abadon normally only gets brought out around Halloween before going back to wrestling on Dark when it was still around, so they got a chance to get some more TV exposure.
I understand fatigue, however, I think the fact that they had Julia and Skye off TV for a few weeks helped to keep it a bit fresh. And, to be fair, I feel like the emphasis here is less on the feud itself and more on the growing dissension between the faces and Stokely.
