It was just a-okay show but a bit better than before - good short promos from Becky and Edge, good US Championship qualifying matches, and deserved pushes for Iyo and Champa, but overall nothing too memorable or really must-see. If WWE keeps this up, the rating will go down again. It was just lacking suspense, surprises, excitement, well everything really. I'm not saying that RAW has to go back to the Attitude era but at least to the entertainment levels of HBK/Jericho, Punk/Cena feuds. With this incredible roster and the greatest budget in history, WWE can definitely do it.
Well this was a great show. Finally some sense of promise for the future stars, this really reminded me of the glory days of NXT. Ciampa getting one of the biggets wins in his career and a US Title shot next week (which I think he’s winning), it’s very interesting. I also like that HHH didn’t just hit the reset button like everyone told him to, the overall presentation of WWE is incredible but the jarring camera angles, phony commentary and overall fakeness of the product is what was stopping me from watching it. Finally matches feel important, the US Title felt important and RAW felt important. Will be tuning in next week to see Ciampa vs Lashley, thanks HHH 🙏

Dom joining Judgement Day would not be a good fit. A heel turn of some sort may be good, but I just don’t think he would fit the spooky group specifically. Putting him in a mask isn’t gonna fix that.
I think at some point he has to turn heel. I think he's not as bad in the ring as people say but he's just super boring.
And the issue there is that I feel like he's too big to carry that small underdog Rey Mysterio energy. I think he'd be better off going for the Uncle Eddie cheap heel style while still incorporating 619s and whatnot

Dominik was the ultimate winner of that segment despite getting speared. Rey got the shit kicked out of him while Dominik stood between a woman's legs for 10 seconds
So what if edge gets the blame for breaking Dom’s ribs and he thinks f it maybe I do need to learn from judgement day after all and becomes their lackey

Yeah it feels like AEW has something against triple threats and fatal 4 ways, I know they do it with tag team matches but its very rare to get a normal multi man match in AEW.
I feel a large factor is that it's hard to fit into their rankings system.
Really, it shouldn't be, they could go at least 3 directions:
* Simply don't count them at all in the rankings system, which I think is what they're doing.
* A separate bracket for misc matches. IMO the best solution
* Only count the winner, if they win a triple threat solos match, it counts as a solos win, same with the winning team in duos & trios matches. Losses should be ignored- maybe the person who gets pinned/submitted could count as a loss, but that gets complicated in elimination style matches.
Absolutely, AEW has some of the best tag wrestling I've ever seen.
Things however do get lost in the chaos, I think just recently Swerve wasn't the legal man & picked up the win, or he pinned someone who wasn't legal.
That however iirc, was actually that triple threat tag match- really great match aside but a little too chaotic though I'm personally not a fan of having only 2 legal men in mutli-tag matches(triple threat tag/fatal four-way tag).
When WWE did that Survivor Series where they featured NXT, that style of multi-tag match is what I wanna see going forward, not necessarily elimination, though that is also a fun rule on top.
