I believe any force ghost can, as long as they were fully trained in how to become a force ghost, because they get their power from the living force, thus their power is determined by how many living creatures are around them. So depending on where you are, a force ghost would be even more dangerous because they can't be killed!

In the Legends Old Republic material, they had a whole division of Jedi thing going on, where some Jedi were combat focused, but others had alternate jobs like botanist or doctor, essentially spending their time studying how the force could be used in their fields. So if they’re an option, I’m going up against a botanist. If only Canon answers are accepted, I’m taking my chances with Jocasta Nu. She couldn’t even do her main job well enough to avoid a planet being removed from the archives, so I’m willing to bet she wasn’t very good at anything else either.

Plo Koon is the SMARTEST choice here and this is why: He would know if I'm being forced to duel with him, he would ensure that if both parties were supposed to make it out alive he would do everything in his power to make sure that that happened, and at the both of you would get away safely. And, if I asked him he would probably teach me how to be a Jedi if I would already been somewhat forced trained in the matter. (I'm honestly more of a Dooku or Jocasta person myself, but training with them can come later XD)
