I’m trying to find a download source. I’m a member of the forum and have an invite code, yet when I try to access the download page, I’m told I don’t have access permission for it. Kind of irritating. Can anyone hook me up?

I would also be delighted with a link to the 4k80 project movie, please! I never got to see the original Star wars trilogy in all of it's glory. I've only ever been able to see the "Special edition" releases with the CGI and other additions put in. I know my partner would go nuts over having all of this cinema history preserved.

Since I, personally, only have the 1080p versions of the other two, I'm not bothered by getting a 4k version. Has anybody viewed the current 1080p Beta version(s) of this, to see how it currently stacks up against the other two films?

They need to find a 35 mm of the original 1980 theatrical release. Unfortunately, they may not have found one yet. They may never find one 😥. Just be grateful for the fan edits we have. It's a labor of love, not money. We should be grateful.
