In legends Revan went to a planet called Nathema and it was horrible, he crash his ship because once he enters the planet he started to feel ill, like there was a void trying to consume him there.
Nathema was subject of a Sith Ritual where the Old Republic Sith Emperor drain all life of the planet.

That is correct. There are even creatures, who nullify the Force in their proximity. In canon, there is the leveller.

The Pariah gene is something meant to effect the Warp not the Force so it wouldn't have any major impact.
Pariah genes affect the Warp, but not the Force.
