I was poking around my first farm from 7 years ago the other day. It was midway through spring of the second year, and I had about 450k profit, which looks pretty close to OP's farm. It doesn't seem that unreasonable to me.
That's hardwood, you can get it from big trunk/Log though you need a steel axe or higher to break it. You have one big log in your farm as well if I remember correctly, below the small pond on the right.

Hey, I'm new to stardew valley, how do you get that reddish wood? The one right next to your wood logs.
