The screen isn't possible to change because there is a high difference in the motherboard and how it connects and works, The battery is questionable yes you could smash it somehow, if you make the steam deck larger and would be good with more fire hazard or explosion chance from it, just don't do such abomination.

First you should go to your local marketplace and create a post. This post is to sell a handheld gaming device.
Next, you complete the transaction and send your original lcd deck to the one who purchased said device.
Then you go to valve or a local reseller and get the OLED model.
