Row boats are not powered by themselves hence, not under their own power. They require a human being to be powered. Most rowboats don’t come with a human to power them. You usually have to do that yourself. Sailboats are powered by wind blowing into the sails. Since the sails are an integral part of the ship that is its own power.

it does have one, under the air intake, it even has a water pump for water cooling

Jetski’s commonly just use a small propeller not even a jet(I agree they are the best also they were literally the best they dominated the Industrial Revolution for ships and boats alike)
