Defiantly possible. If I know fetty (and I know it well), I would say 0.2mg would not throw you into withdrawals. Doubt you'll notice anything. Increase by 0.2mg daily, after 1 week, you'll be at 1.4mg, 2 weeks = 2.8mg, and so on. Your body will adjust to the bupe over that time.
Trick is cutting a subutex down to 0.2mg. If you got an 8mg tablet, you would have to measure out 1/40th of the total weight of the pill. That'll give you 0.2mg.
Somebody please correct me if my math is wrong.
