he is f**king teaching how to manipulate the stock market. that's not what teaching is about. this is so frustrating.

👌If shorting is a legitimate part of market mechanics, why do we only see it in the stock market? Where you can rehypothecate and FTD the product? Can you short cars or any other assets? Can you borrow someone else’s house and sell it and pocket the cash then buy it back later for cheaper? Who in their right mind would let you do that to their house just to get paid $0.05 for the privilege of letting someone profit off devaluing your asset? Shorting is **stupid as fuck** and is WAY too easy to abuse. It shouldn’t be possible at all.

There is no legitimate argument in favor of short selling.

Shorting is a legitimate tactic. There can be good reasons to do it so it’s fine to be teaching it. Shorting GME is idiotic though. And don’t get me started on NAKED shorting.
