What makes it ridiculous of course that scooters are inherently an unstable vehicle, and definitively shouldn't be going anywhere above 25. Faceplanting at 150km/h does not sound like a great time

Presumably the first road is a limited access highway, which means vehicles that donât meet specific requirements are not permitted to operate on those roads. A scooter that does not have turn signals, brake lights, etc is likely to be disallowed.
