Yeah skywalker saga. Has better combat then the old ones and is an “open wolrd” where you can fly to differ planets get into space battles etc. kind of like starfeild just smaller scale.
I wish it had better mini games though, things like actaully fun multi-player podracing, the tower defense game from the clone wars game maybe some in game gambling and a mini game like star wars galaxy of heroes from phones which is based off I believe one of the in universe gambling games. I think that's how they take the Lego star wars series to the next level.
Older Star Wars because I played it with my brother when we were younger. Jurassic Park was fun beacause I really like the franchise. Played a couples of hours of the marvel ones which were alright. DC Super vilains was fun. I think that it gets a bit better with each release, but you just gotta go with the franchise you like the most I think.
Marvel Super Heroes 1 for me. The sequel to that didn't quite work as well, not sure why. Controls felt a bit more finnicky and there was a little too much going on on screen. It also felt 'darker' while the first one is very bright and more comic-bookey.
Heard good things about the Star Wars ones but never played 'em.

Lego Harry Potter in my opinion. The best one depends on which franchise you like the most.

Lego Lord of the Rings by far. But since that is not available on switch, Lego Harry Potter
Recently was able to play Lego LOTR on 3ds and it really is fantastic. For Switch, City Undercover, Harry Potty or Star Wars are all fun options.
The newest star wars is pretty awesome. But lots of them are worth a shot especially since they go on sale for 3-7 bucks all the time.
