lol your doubt is very much warranted… they are intentionally cryptic about a lot of details because the actual hourly rate of pay is garbage. Granted it is an easy job and remote, but they only offered me a non negotiable $13/hr. It’s money yes, but at a maximum of 20 hrs a week, it feels like a waste of time. Also their support for employees seems to be nonexistent.
If you are a US Rater it's $14 an hour ( that's what my contract says) 20 hours max. That will be $280 a week if you can do the max hours. Typical part time work.
I only started 5 days ago, so far i have been having plenty hours to meet the max. I completed 13.5 hours and still need to get 6.5 hours of work done in two days, by choice ofcourse, if i want 20 hours to be done. I have heard people say here sometimes they do get 28 -35 hours, Telus lets them know if they have extra hours via email.
Hmm could it be depending on your state minimum? Not sure why it varies. I have heard that someone from Tennessee saying that they make $12 an hour. I wish it was uniform across all states.
Everyone is going to have their own personal reasons for why it is, or is not, right for them. Personally, for me it is a side hustle. For that purpose, it meets my needs extremely well. As with any job though, your needs might be different.
I was also offered $12. It’s low and almost embarrassing but it’s EASY MONEY. You can do your work at night, after kids are in bed, between classes, while watching shows, outside, on vacation, etc… and the money adds up. $500 every 2 weeks it’s too bad in my opinion.
You’re right, it’s a little less than $500 for 2 weeks if you’re doing 20 hours. For awhile I was notified that I could work up to 35 hours. And if you’re selected to be part of a specific project (doing only one task type), you’ll rarely have NTAs.

Some have said that they regularly offer up to 35 hours. Has that been your experience?

How is it $500 ? It's $480 if you do 20 hours a week. Minus taxes and other deductions, it will be 420 or so. Not to mention frequent NTAs.
