IDW Bebop & Rocksteady.
Such a good blend of stupidity, indestructibility, insane strength and terrifying rage. The panels where the switch is flipped and they go from dopey idiots to murder machines are always brilliant.
Its like if Beavis and Butthead were space marines. I could watch a whole show about these idiots traveling space and time just wrecking the multiverse with abandon.
I love Shredder (2012), Karai (IDW, if weâre going for a more villainous version of the character), Rahzar (2012), Fishface, Tigerclaw, Kitsune and Rat King (IDW)
2003 Baxter Stockman. Everything a mortal villain without powers that builds robots should be. If you only know the newest two animated Baxterâs youâre missing out on some top tier âI always come backâ moments, he might be better at it then William Afton lol.
Unfortunately only certain episodes of 03 are available in my country, so Iâm gonna have to find a good website lol, canât wait to watch the episode youâre talking about!
I fucking love big mama from rise, the foot clan leaders, and the kraang, also from rise. the rat king is the other one, the 2012 version (bishops super soldier is a cool idea, but 2012 was just better) is incredible and has so much potential. also from 2012, bebop and rocksteady, obviously. from 2003, baxter stockman and han, for some reason. plus just idw man, idw is so fucking cool
1987 - Shredder was often just funny. âHow can you destroy the world like this?!â âSimple! Weâve already tried every other way!â
2003 - tie between Karai, Bishop and Baxter. They all had an eventual redemption but they also had complex character arcs that explored what shaped them without taking away from the awfulness of what they did.
2012 - Karai. A poor kid kidnapped so young.
2018 - I liked Big Mamaâs speech patterns honestly, liked Baron Draxum too. Didnât see much of that series though.
Newtralizer was the coolest dang thing. A bounty hunter lizard from space with some Punisher influences voiced by Danny Trejo? He should show up in other iterations.

My favorite character in the franchise is 1987 Shredder, but not necessarily him as a *villain*. For actual compelling antagonists I would probably say Bishop from 2003 (or Hob from IDW if he counts, but I wouldnât necessarily call him a âvillainâ)
Tmnt 2003 Bishop
I gotta go with Tigerclaw here.
Bebop and Rocksteady đ«Ą
Slash. Always and Forever. Although his 90âs cartoon version was a miss (ESPECIALLY since he has the COOLEST toy!)
Ch'rell (2003 shredder)
Donât u mean 2003?
The Shredder. For me it's hard to beat THE classic villain for the franchise.

Both â03 and â12 Shredders, Tiger Claw & Superfly.
You can't tell him he ain't fly.
Definitely Shredder, but because thatâs the boring answer I also wanna shout out my second favorite, Rat King
Which version of those guys?
Super Shredder, specifically the ones from the secret of the ooze and the 2012 showÂ
1990 Shredder "Ah, the rat! So it has a name! It *had* a name..."
âYOU LIE!â
"Do I?"
âAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!â
"He dies! Weapons! Now!"
âFools! The three of you could have won with the loss of but one! Now your fate! Will be his!â
"NOOOOOO!!!!"
ââŠSplinterâ
"Yes, Oroku Saki, I know who you are. We met many years ago, in the home of my master... Hamato Yoshi!"
ââŠyou. Now I will finish what I began with your ear!l
Big Mama

The Shredder
Besides Shredder, I actually did kind of like the dragon king guy from Next Mutation. I dunno, I was a kid.
I love Shredder (2012), Karai (IDW, if weâre going for a more villainous version of the character), Rahzar (2012), Fishface, Tigerclaw, Kitsune and Rat King (IDW)
Hypno and warren
03 Bishop
2003 Baxter Stockman. Everything a mortal villain without powers that builds robots should be. If you only know the newest two animated Baxterâs youâre missing out on some top tier âI always come backâ moments, he might be better at it then William Afton lol.
2003 Baxter was a fantastic villain. Not too OP, clever, evil but, if you watched that one episode, with the right amount of pathos.
Unfortunately only certain episodes of 03 are available in my country, so Iâm gonna have to find a good website lol, canât wait to watch the episode youâre talking about!
Classic wise- I love Karai and Agent Bishop. More niche/one off- Baron Draxum
Krang. So creative and different than anything Iâd ever really seen before.
Savanti Romero.
Oh fck I knew i was forgetting a good one
Baxter stockman
Image 20 - shredder - do you have a full high resolution of that image? Would be good to do some art on it.
Imma go off the deep end and say that Kitsune is my fav and criminally underrated
IDW Baxter Stockman
Imma big fan of secret of the ooze and have been since little, Tokka and rahzar are just the best in my eyes
Big Mama, Baron Draxum, Foot Recruit/Cassandra Jones, and Rise Kraang.

Rat King, other than the IDW version
Snapping Turtle is pretty cool
Karai, bc is a funny word in Brazil.
2nd one looks like a fusion between daredevil and the kingpin
Gotta go with Bebop and Rocksteady
Bebop OG cartoon Shredder Xever Montes (pre-mutation) 2012 Hun
Tiger Claw

Me personally my favorite TMNT villains are toka and rahzar
