Exactly. Even the doors are modified to fit the contours. And the bed looks custom. It has to be either a Tacoma with a chopped frame or a Samurai, Tracker, etc..
Drive line is all of 6". Couldn't do much climbing, would take much for it to endo back down the hill. Probably wouldn't hurt the vehicle too much though.
Converting the toy from a 12 volt battery to a 18 volt battery will give your Power Wheels toy approximately a 50% faster top speed, while adding a 24v battery to the car will double its velocity
