Friend in question here... Oddly, I can't see him on my game at all even though I'm also connected via Facebook (obviously, since he can see me). Is this a bug?
If you have a lower highest stage completed then you will see your friend but he will not see you. We only display friends with higher highest stage completed results than yourself.
Once you surpass the stage listed with her katamari, you can tap it to roll it up and get candy. That's about it as far as I can tell.
This is definitely something we need to improve communication on, noted.
