Honestly, this is on Target, not the customer. Target designed all the systems and set everything up to create this situation. You can't really fault a customer who has no idea how Target works behind the scenes for ordering products that Target put online.
I have to buy my bras at specialty stores because most big box stores don't sell them big enough (and when they do support is SHITE!)
Ordering ten is not unheard of for me. But...I also wear them until I can't and usually order every two years or so.
I probably have 4 that are identical except for color. Not strange.
Also, if someone has brand loyalty they know what size and cut they need. Don't need to try on.
I buy from cacique/lane Bryant. Just looked up that brand and...that's around the normal MSRP of the ones I get (I shop sales & clearance, but still spent $150-300 every time I need to restock)
Do you know if they make sports bras and if so how are they? That's part of why I'm loyal cause the girls don't move when I work out without the squish. Too much to squish! I like breathing!
I actually order from the UK for sports bras because there's a brand called Shock Absorber that fits me best, but I swear by Wacoal for a daily bra. The next time I have to order a sports bra, I'm ordering one from Wacoal. I have found that the company has an ebay store front with reduced prices. The selection is limited for my size but it's worth it to take the time and dig through their listings. I'm also on their email list for sales and coupons. They have really consistent sizing between styles which makes it simple to order anything they have in stock in my size.
Many people don’t try things on in the store anymore. Doing a drive up is just a convenience for them. I get it’s super frustrating to team members but targets the one that allows it.
Yeah I see so many style items in the same order that are one M and one L or one XS and one S or something similar where you know they’re just gonna try both on and return one of them. But you gotta waste time looking for that shit anyway knowing one of them isn’t even going to be kept just to keep INF down

10 entire bras in one general merch batch is an insane amount of bras. I've never had ten bras for multiple orders let alone one order. Plus we have a trillion bras that look the exact same, many times the size identifier on the hanger fell off or they're using a XXS-XXL hanger instead of a bra size hanger, some of the bras are probably not even on the floor and still in the process of being unpacked so there you go hunting to make sure there's actually one in store, etc. And on a weekend? This would majorly suck and definitely has a chance of fucking with metrics too if it was in a rush.
10 is a lot tbh esp in one transaction. most people ik keep them for years and maybe have like 5 pairs on rotation. they also wear them multiple times before washing (which should be done by hand bc they last longer that way)

ESPECIALLY bras because they all look the same. no one is saying guests can't order whatever they want, because clearly they can lol, but actually receiving their items is another story, and it's not necessarily within your control. i understand the frustration
Bras are so time consuming to look for it pisses me off!!! The RFID scanner works yes, BUT, when all bras look the same the RFID is very vague. Because why when i go to scan a bra thats literally IDENTICAL and the same size ends up not being the bra I need?!?! Then i have to scan every single bra thats within the area that the RFID beeped at 🥲
Exactly this. When bras are a more “unique” color, that is easy. When they are nude, white, or black, it is difficult. Especially if those colors are clustered together. The RFID just beeps but doesn’t always put me in the right direction. It took be roughly 20 mins to get through all of the bras (two of which we didn’t have).
I frankly almost had a heart attack whilst doing this.
I know my store got about two pallets worth of intimates transition other day. Idk if all stores are. It sucks when once a truck is acknowledged the stuff drops into orderable inventory. Fucks with OPU metrics ALOT
It’s worse when they try on 15 different bras in the dressing room & throw them on the floor. Whoever works over there should be able to help you- oh wait, I forgot Target only schedules 1 person for a shift.

same! or I go braless (depends on situation/event) so I only have a couple bras and those get worn maybe once or twice a year
