I'm a fool for that song since I have a lot of weird coincidences to do with departed family members myself.
>I know better
>But I still feel you all around
>I know better
>But you're still around
Most recently it was the Bleachers version of Antihero. The beat is really addicting. When Midnights first came out it was The Great War. Before that I was stuck on If This Was A Movie for a week or so, which I had never heard before
I have a few:
* Gold Rush(Evermore)
* How You Get The Girl(1989)
* Sparks Fly Live 2011 Tour - I don't know, something about the opening "Drop everything NOW" gives me the chills 🤩
That's all I can think of, but I definitely have more :)
I’ve been listening to Clean a lot recently!
“Rain came pouring down/ When I was drowning, that's when I could finally breathe” has been stuck in my head for like the last 2 weeks.
Would've, Could've, Should've is a stunning song. It gives me chills and really hits the depths of emotion. And that's even though I am a male. I think it will emerge from Midnights as one of Taylor's very best songs.
When I listen to Red (TV, of course), I always get a smile on my face during the opening bars of The Lucky One. That album is so incredible, with so many wonderful songs, but The Lucky One just lights me up.
for me it often depends on the stage of life I’m in or what major event I’m going through/have just gone through. some songs that I’ve always liked but never really “gotten” or “felt” can suddenly become the most meaningful things and I literally listen to them multiple times a day.
so right now it’s death by a thousand cuts and dear john. I think that makes it pretty obvious what I’m currently dealing with 😅
I honestly don’t know if I’ll grow out of my Great War era. Like I listen to a lot of music ok…. And by the end of the year that song had made it into my top 5 most played songs on Apple Music…. when it was only out for 2 months in the year.
First of all, I love that you are in your Enchanted era. I fully support that.
I’m currently rotating between Untouchable and Haunted. And it was I Know Places until recently.
I'm going through some stuff right now and find "Sad beautiful tragic" to be oddly calming and comforting, even though the lyrics are not happy. Musically however I find it to be very soothing (reminds me a bit of mazzy star).
And yesterday I gave "I know places" a proper listen and really enjoyed it (trying to trick my brain into thinking we're happy by listening to more upbeat songs).
Bye Bye Baby. It’s my fave from all the vault songs and I’ve completely forgotten it after Midnights then I realized I kind of missed it. So it’s been on repeat since Wednesday hehe
I can’t stop listening listening to Songs About You. I can’t believe I went so long without knowing it existed. It’s such a bop, I desperately hope it’s on Debut TV!
“I wanna know how it feels to be over you for real / until I do / I’ll keep writing songs about you”
Question...?
I didn't quite understand the narrative at first but once I thought of the questions as rhetorical it has been a new favorite from Midnights!
Hits Different and Question…? No one else seems to like Question…? But it’s my favourite on Midnights and could be a top 10 for sure.
Edit to include Out of the Woods for the past year. Two paper airplanes flying. I’m obsessed.
Hits Different— ARGUMENTATIVE ANTITHETICAL DREAM GIRL!
Maroon! Although for most of the midnights era it has been YOYOK
Love a good YOYOK bridge moment when I’m alone in the car
I've been listening to Maroon at least once a day, if not multiple times, for weeks on end.
Don’t Blame Me. Will NEVER tire of it.
They played Don’t Blame Me in my spin class the other day and I went CRAZY. I also PR’ed that class, probably with the help of Ms. Swift herself
I’ve been fixated on style for a hot minute now 😂
Marjorie- the amount of times I’ve had “the autumn chill that wakes me up” part on repeat >>>>
The bridge of Marjorie is so gooood, I love that song so much
I'm a fool for that song since I have a lot of weird coincidences to do with departed family members myself. >I know better >But I still feel you all around >I know better >But you're still around
Long limbs and frozen swims
I’m in my midnight rain era.
RAIN
Most recently it was the Bleachers version of Antihero. The beat is really addicting. When Midnights first came out it was The Great War. Before that I was stuck on If This Was A Movie for a week or so, which I had never heard before
I can’t wait to scream “Taylor, you’ll be fine!” At ERAS!
evermore - I actually only really started to realise how good it was a couple of months ago and now I'm addicted.
King Of My Heart — I always slept on it, but it’s such a jam!
same!!!! I cannot stop listening to it ever since I rediscovered it last week
New Romantics!
I Know Places and State of Grace. I guess I’m feeling nostalgic for the 2010’s lmao
sweet nothing
Afterglow
Haunted :)
Call it What You Want. The way she describes their relationship in this makes my eyes tear up.
I’ve been really into Gorgeous lately.
my 7 year old is currently obsessed with gorgeous
It’s such a fun song!
Nobody come for me but I had never heard Eyes Open until a couple weeks ago 😐 so right now that is my fixation
Cruel summer. What can I say, it’s pure pop perfection!!
I have a few: * Gold Rush(Evermore) * How You Get The Girl(1989) * Sparks Fly Live 2011 Tour - I don't know, something about the opening "Drop everything NOW" gives me the chills 🤩 That's all I can think of, but I definitely have more :)

WCS and renegade rn. Can't stop listening to renegade.
I’ve been stuck on I Bet You Think About Me since it came out 🤪
That was my second top song on my Spotify wrapped in 2022! (Behind all too well 10 minute version, of course.)
Dear reader - it went unappreciated for too long
The Great War, because I'm rereading Throne of Glass :)

The Great War
Maroon
Currently sweeter than fiction. No idea why, it was message in a bottle before that/
Mastermind and Bejeweled It used to be You Belong with Me and Love Story (Taylors Version) and before that the Lover Album
Mine's actually an album—folklore. I always play it on shuffle nowadays.
This might seem weird, but Safe & Sound is my everyday lullaby, I listen to it EVERY GODDAMN NIGHT before sleeping And currently my fixation is TTDS
Lavender Haze

Usually Starlight, but I've been obsessed with Sparks Fly lately.

As of this morning, Afterglow. SORRY THAT I HURT YOU

How you get the girl or willow Could listen for hours and not get bored
First of all, I love that you are in your Enchanted era. I fully support that. I’m currently rotating between Untouchable and Haunted. And it was I Know Places until recently.
Still vibing to Maroon on the daily.
Sparks Fly specifically but tbh really all of speak now. Maybe "I'm only me when I'm with you" as well
Sweet nothing and vigilante shit

Maroon
Maroon/Champagne Problems are the current “repeat 1” songs if I’m listening to TS.
I'm on this Cardigan kick.... "leaving like a father, running like water" UGH so good.
king of my heart, gorgeous, gold rush and dear reader are my fixation songs this week
this is me trying is always there but yoyok, the great war, evermore, innocent, karma, you’re not sorry and last kiss are on rotation rn
Need You Now. It’s one of her old unreleased songs I have downloaded on my Spotify and it’s fucking incredible
I used to not like evermore and folklore, but recently I really got into them, and my fav Taylor song rn is epiphany
Bye Bye Baby. It’s my fave from all the vault songs and I’ve completely forgotten it after Midnights then I realized I kind of missed it. So it’s been on repeat since Wednesday hehe
Back to December
the lakes!
I can’t stop listening listening to Songs About You. I can’t believe I went so long without knowing it existed. It’s such a bop, I desperately hope it’s on Debut TV! “I wanna know how it feels to be over you for real / until I do / I’ll keep writing songs about you”
Anti-Hero (Illenium Remix). I love how it slows down the beat and the vibe during the verses, and then it picks up into full dance music mode!
The 1.
The great war and Hits different.
Mirrorball. It comforts me.
Tears Ricochet. Nothing particularly traumatic is going on in my life, I just find the imagery in that song especially interesting.
I'm very much in a Paper Rings era right now. Sometimes I get so happy singing along to it I can't help but tear up a bit!
right where you left me
All too well 10 min
Closure and long story short
Easily Maroon, but also Haunted
Question...? I didn't quite understand the narrative at first but once I thought of the questions as rhetorical it has been a new favorite from Midnights!
Hits Different and Question…? No one else seems to like Question…? But it’s my favourite on Midnights and could be a top 10 for sure. Edit to include Out of the Woods for the past year. Two paper airplanes flying. I’m obsessed.
oh god August or mirror all my friend is sick of me saying the lyrics to her lol
So it Goes is my current obsession
It’s haunted at the moment— give me a month it’ll change
Holy ground, it’s time to go, afterglow, out of the woods
Right where you left me, and yes the tears have been flowing
The other side of fhe door and today was a fairytale
Cardigan and Marjorie currently. 2 weeks ago it was atwtmv
ms Americana and the heartbreak prince
