I just got married!!!
My bridesmaids walked down the the Duomo version of âWildest Dreamsâ from Bridgerton!!! I was supposed to, too, but the DJ switched it to a piano version of âEnchantedâ without telling anyone for some unknown reason. It was sweet, but not what I wanted.
We had a friend who is a musician play âinvisible stringâ during the ceremony. During cocktail hour, âYou Are In Loveâ was on the playlist. We made our reception entrance to âPaper Ringsâ.
Dinner playlist included âLover,â âDaylight,â and âSweet Nothing.â
Our reception playlist included âShake It Offâ and was supposed to include âEnchantedâ and âLove Storyâ but he played the entire âdo not playâ list instead.
And then our final private dance was to âNew Yearâs Dayâ since we got married on New Yearâs Eve!!!!! It was super fun!! Highly recommend including Taylor songs!!!

Lover was my wedding song. We got married with a total four guests and that night went to a random bar that was fairly empty and the bar owner let us play our own music. My best friend ended up DJing for us and âslowed it down for the newlywedsâ with Lover. It was hilarious and amazing and wonderful.
Our friend played Lover on piano for my entrance, and our recessional was Paper Rings!
My only regret is that we didnât have the DJ play the radio edit of Love Story, I went to a wedding after that did that and the dance floor went nuts haha. It was great!
