As a casual user, Galaxy A55 will be also good enough. It has a very balanced performance and a good software support.
I have mine for more than a month (Bought it last March) and I am satisfied with it overall especially that I was able to get some freebies such as Galaxy Buds FE and 25 watts charger. Although the promos was up until April 18 only.
Pros
- Battery was Descent
- Decent Performance
- Good Software
- Decent Camera
- The Display was Good
- Loud Speaker
- IP67
Cons
- Slow Charging (25 watts only)
- Kinda Bulky
- Kinda Big
For casual use, sobrang panalo na ng budget mo hehe.
I would recommend the Samsung A55, around 25k srp. It's the latest release din, so it has 4yrs OS + 5yrs security updates. If I’m not mistaken, I think Samsung now is the 2nd best in software updates, next to Google. I'm not sure what phone you're using now, pero something to consider lang dito, if ever, slightly wide siya, if you have relatively small hands.
Kung ok lang sayo na graymarket, Pixel 8, kahit 1-yr old na, I think the promised updates are up to 2030. By now, baka makakuha ka na close to 30k. Or Pixel 7a, pero i think a year less na sa updates compared sa latest Samsung.
If you can wait just a bit more, I think maglalabas na yung Pixel 8a very soon. I think Pixel yung hands down winner sa camera department, among my suggestions.
Kainis lang sa Pixel, wala pa ding Google sa Pinas, but I've read some reviews from those who have Pixels here na it doesn't really matter much to them.
You can also check out Nothing phone 2A. It's around 21k and it supposedly has a near-stock Android experience. It looks great, specs-wise, and if you want a phone na will definitely stand out cos of its unusual look. May authorized sellers din dito. I think it has 3yrs OS + 4yrs security updates.
Personally, I'm not a fan of China brand phones pero specs-wise, there are a lot of choices na better specs for less. Pero yun lang, i think besides yung version nila ng bloatware, yung software updates hindi masyado generous, so if gusto mong phone na sasagarin till its very last update (like me hehe) and hindi ka phone-conscious with a constant want to upgrade, go for the ones with the longest software updates
Best camera phone na natry ko with almost flagship level processing at that range is the Reno11 Pro 5G. Reliable din software nun. I think nasa 30K siya pag sale, then 32K if SRP mag add ka ng konti.
Other really good officially available camera phones under 30K are the realme 12 Pro+ 5G (may telephoto) and vivo V30 5G (may 50MP ultra-wide). Both are quite nice.

Go for Pixel OP!
S23 FE, A55 5G for the win. It ticks all your requirements!
Pixel 8 or 7 or 7A. Nothing phone cool din. Galaxy S23, S22 meron kaso 2nd hand. Wag lang Xiaomi, Huawei cheap dating saka panget software.
