Anyone know if they charge anything to patch? I had a flat, easily patchable but ended up going to American tire since they patched mine for free. I wasn’t sure if Tesla mobile cause I just didn’t know.

But they have become garbage for some reason. Even when I was In the mustang community, it used to be P-Zeros or bust, now it is avoid them.
If I remember correctly about 45 mins for them to get to my location. And then maybe 25 mins for them to replace the tire. Blew out a tire on a pot hole.
I had a Tesla Service tow and the driver knew nothing about towing Teslas! I had to drive up into the flatbed MYSELF with two flats because I didn't trust him after he told me the real deal
I had good luck with AAA towing my Model Y outside of Las Vegas, New Mexico. Tesla wanted to send someone from Albuquerque taking hours plus $$$ and going the opposite direction I was traveling.
Nope, the guy was cool. He said everyone is always amazed that the repair is done on the spot, so I asked if I could take a photo. I was expecting him to give a spare so he could take the tire to the service center.

Sure, I'd say for Mustangs, they may work well. Bbut EVs are a different dynamic, and I think Pirelli missed the mark here.

In my experience, I'd be cautious with techs that aren't trained to handle Tesla vehicles.

Absolutely fine, it’s just a car. Nothing different about towing a Tesla than a Toyota.
Doubt the average AAA tech would know to use pucks for the jack points.

Policy is 1 patch spot, according to the tech. Otherwise they replace.
Depends on the area of damage, and angle entry of object
I know sidewall is a no-go. But even then he said if it's center damage over multiple areas they won't repair it.
I’ll add, Steep or high angle of attack in tire entries that run down the length of the tread is also non repairable
