Even though they may be nude for comedic reasons (like power-related shenanigans) I found their nude scenes to be a display of the hot/sexy actors. Meanwhile the rest of the cast both on the heroes and villains side are dudes. Even the random villains of the week that get some minor focus are more likely to be male than female.
For female characters. we have Maeve: (highly doubt the actress for Maeve would ever do a nude scene), Starlight, Kimiko (the character is unlikely to be involved in any sex-related scenes), Neumann (similar thing given her role in the story) and that's pretty much it for the recurring cast. Pop Claw and Stormfront did get some sex scenes but nothing too explicit both on their end or their male counterparts.
Annie, Ashley, Becca, and Stillwell also have sex scenes.
Maeve didn't go nude but had sex scenes. The one was aggressively tasteful while being graphic without nudity in S3.
I would think it's pretty standard to not make any of the main cast have to do a nude scene unless its absolutely necessary.

I applaud you for not getting tired and going through with the effort, I know it can be brutal. In high school I had this gig that had me to take movies, compare them and their content in reference to MPAA rules and guidelines, and document what should be edited or changed to get a G rating instead(timestamps and all). One of my films was the second Thor movie and omg that sucked.
The job drove me nuts. The only bright side was I got to download new releases once they were publically available immediately.

Almost all the shots are played for laughs like “here’s a hairy butthole because why not” and even when they aren’t it doesn’t really feel like “we got this actor at our disposal let’s try to see how much they’ll let us show.” Just because we’re not wolf of wall streeting every scene with a pair of boobs doesn’t make everyone of the show runners some fetish obsessed weirdo (probably only half) and maybe the reason so little women show anything is because people are literally keeping track of how many seconds their boobs are on screen and why they should be on longer. Almost all the shots are played for laughs like “here’s a hairy butthole because why not” and even when they aren’t it doesn’t really feel like “we got this actor at our disposal let’s try to see how much they’ll let us show.” Just because we’re not wolf of wall streeting every scene with a pair of boobs doesn’t make everyone of the show runners some fetish obsessed weirdo (probably only half) and maybe the reason so little women show anything is because people are literally keeping track of how many seconds their boobs are on screen and why they should be on longer. (Not talking about this post more so the people complaining about it)
I really appreciate the male nudity. There is barely any in other mainstream shows.
Male nudity counts as 2 seconds per second and female counts as .5 seconds per second, you didn't account for that.
