I think he’s insinuating a healthy scratch as a punishment for something. But I’m perfectly fine believing it was a resting decision.
They didn't come out and specifically say "resting him for Tigres." So I can't totally blame someone for wondering if there's something amiss there. And it could have something to do with his attitude after getting pulled last weekend.
But I'm with you... resting him for Tuesday would fit the bill of "club decision," so unless I hear otherwise, that's what I'm going with.
