I think I might have the answer… I’ve seen this issue quite a few times from customers I have dealt with, in those cases it was because the distillate got stuck to the lid and when you go to slide the container open, you smush it.
In one case the joint got ripped down the middle…

Dude my buddy used to work for Joint Craft in Ontario. They rolled for other companies. I think GA used to outsource to a company like that and now that they’re trying to do their own shit to save money - they’re too overwhelmed trying to do mass not quality. Gf and I used to buy Tiger’s Bleed packs for parties or dates but whipping a half hard joint with half ass kief coating at a party is Like whipping out a half hard 🍆 in front of my gf after the party - EMBARASSING.
Yeah I'm giving them til I go back to work on Wednesday and if they haven't responded to my own email I'm going to be sending them one through our work email to see if they respond when they think it's the store and not just a budtender.
I've had a few customers tell me their peach ringz, and specifically the razziliciois lately have been coming in bent and sad. No one has said anything about the taster pack and we got destroyed in 420 so we didn't have many options left and I picked wrong.

I showed my manager the photos hoping for the same thing and they kinda just laughed and said that sucks the told me about a time they had to do a return on a bad joint, so I was hoping I could exchange mine as well but no dice.
I know it's dumb but I honestly assume every qwest I see on any stores menu is extremely old stock, I didn't even know they were still growing and making stuff and it's exactly that reason, no one talks about them anymore, no one asks for them, the stores I do see them at are always atleast 20% off to get rid of it.
the reality of GA is that they use low quality inputs and pump it with chemicals to make them taste sweet! Now it seems like they have gone cheap with their pre roll methods.
Id bring it back to the dispo you bought it from, show these exact photos. The store owners have a better chance at getting in touch with the brand than you will.
As a budtender, Id instantly refund or exchange this, I dont want fellow stoners feeling like theyve been scammed.
General Admission is my favorite preroll out there, but it definitely looks whack. Straiten it out, and you should be all good. GA prerolls taste so fukin good, though!
